  • Select a company within the photocopying and printing industry market.
  • The task consists in describe and discuss the following aspects:
    • Describe the company activity and its market.
    • Is the selling activity B2B or B2C? Describe each of the two segments.
    • Describe the selling activity of their salespeople.
    • Assuming that there is a KAM activity, which are the most important stakeholders within a customer company? And which is the role of each of them? Explain why each stakeholder is important in the selling process.
    • Describe the most important characteristics of the KAM activity.
