Income Statements

Hello! My assignment is about a hospital system building an outpatient facility and is including many new departments, and my job is to pick a department + add a new technology and create a business plan for this new technology ONLY. What I need is a 3-year financial income statement projection for this new technology. (It must not include any building/construction costs, but must include rent) the technology I chose is an updated, fairly brand new, MRI scanning machine into the radiology department. I have included some samples of what may be included on the income statements but more need to be added (such as rent and adjust salaries/wages, and other things) All resources used must be APA journals/articles/etc. from the past 4-5 years. Other sources may be used if they are from legitimate sites and within 4-5 years old.
